Not everyone has the luxury of transforming their workflow overnight: the rest of your company probably still runs on PDFs & decks, and might have very good reasons for doing so, so you need to be able to work with them.

We’ve got you covered 👏Boards can be exported as paginated PDFs, JPEGs, or even just a zip file, so you can easily include them in a traditional deck if need be (without the hassle of using InDesign or the likes).

Export as PDF

1. Go to the 'Export' icon at the top right of the board
2. Choose 'PDF' from the first dropdown menu
3. Choose the size and page orientation in the second dropdown menu. For this example we've kept it on 'Auto'.
4. Hit 'Download' and check your downloads folder 😊

Export as JPEG

  1. Go to the 'export' icon at the top right of the board
  2. Choose 'PDF' from the first dropdown menu
  3. Hit 'Download'

The downloaded JPEG image will look something like this...

Export as ZIP

  1. Go to the 'export' icon at the top right of the board
  2. Choose 'ZIP' from the first dropdown menu
  3. Hit 'Download'

The ZIP file will include all of the individual images from the board. When it has downloaded, you'll find it in your downloads folder.
