Note: Only paid accounts can customise their subdomain. Free hubs have a unique subdomain (e.g. hub1234.niice.co) assigned to them at sign up.
A custom subdomain allows you to personalise your brand hub's URL, making it more memorable and recognisable to your team and partners. Here's how to get one:
Log in to your hub
Go to your account settings
Click on "Customise Hub" in the sidebar
Open the "General" dropdown
Choose your new subdomain (you may be prompted to upgrade)
Hit "save subdomain"
Don’t worry — all your old links will still work! They’ll be automatically redirected to your new subdomain, so everyone on your team will be able to access your hub and boards as normal.
